What kind of Yoga do you teach?

I teach a movement system and loose approach to traditional Yoga practice. It is drawn from Sports Science, personal development, Yoga and fitness training as well as competitive sport experience. It is about honouring the fact that each person's body, life experiences and health issues are specific to them and them alone, and so anyone's Yoga journey is about cultivating your kind of yoga practice.

What makes you different from other Yoga teachers out there?

I am solely dedicated to your individual journey. I won't force you into a specific pose or practice that's not right for you, just because it may have worked for someone else.

I acknowledge that everyone is different, in body and mind, and through personal attention and guidance, I enable people to find thier own kind of yoga. Your kind of yoga, your kind of life.

There will ALWAYS be an option that's right for you and I will help you find it.

Who will this kind of Yoga work for?

I work mainly with people aged between 25 and 65, who are looking for a relaxed and fun way to feel better in their bodies and better in their minds.

I have also had clients with challenges such as:

  • Low back pain
  • Lack of confidence
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Knee pain
  • Artritis
  • M.E. (CFS)
  • Anxiety and depression
Do I need to reserve a space to attend a session?

Yes, you do as spaces are limited.

How do I book a session?

Claim your free session pass.

Can I come along and pay per session?

Once you've had a free taster then you can decide if you want to sign up for monthly membership. Spaces are limited so you can't pay per session.

What if I can't make a session?

Your membership entitles you to attend more than one session a week and there is flexibility with days and times you can attend.

I'm new to yoga. Are these sessions ok for me?

I regularly teach brand new practitioners alongside long time practitioners. Everyone is taught with respect and is taught to move according to their personal needs.

What do I need to bring with me to my first session?

Please bring a yoga mat. You can get these relatively cheaply these days from most superstores, TK Maxx, sports shops, Argos. You may also want to bring a towel and a water bottle.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that let you move freely. Shorts/leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. We'd prefer if your clothing isn't too baggy as we need to see what your body is doing. Bring something warm to wear at the start and end of the session.

Do you play music?

Yes we do.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to feel better, recharged and move with more ease. You'll begin to understand how your own body works. You'll learn to treat yourself with respect and treat your body with care.

Where can I park?

There are a number of different places to park nearby. See this page for more details.

Ok I would like to sign up so how do we get started?
