I teach a movement system and loose approach to traditional Yoga practice. It is drawn from Sports Science, personal development, Yoga and fitness training as well as competitive sport experience. It is about honouring the fact that each person's body, life experiences and health issues are specific to them and them alone, and so anyone's Yoga journey is about cultivating your kind of yoga practice.
I am solely dedicated to your individual journey. I won't force you into a specific pose or practice that's not right for you, just because it may have worked for someone else.
I acknowledge that everyone is different, in body and mind, and through personal attention and guidance, I enable people to find thier own kind of yoga. Your kind of yoga, your kind of life.

Yes, you do as spaces are limited.
Once you've had a free taster then you can decide if you want to sign up for monthly membership. Spaces are limited so you can't pay per session.
Your membership entitles you to attend more than one session a week and there is flexibility with days and times you can attend.
I regularly teach brand new practitioners alongside long time practitioners. Everyone is taught with respect and is taught to move according to their personal needs.
Please bring a yoga mat. You can get these relatively cheaply these days from most superstores, TK Maxx, sports shops, Argos. You may also want to bring a towel and a water bottle.
Wear clothes that let you move freely. Shorts/leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. We'd prefer if your clothing isn't too baggy as we need to see what your body is doing. Bring something warm to wear at the start and end of the session.
